Prleks is a privately
owned, limited liability engineering company,
engaged primarily in the design of HVAC, but also
supports other MEP disceplines. The company operates
in Serbia, but it also gained considerable
international experience having completed major
projects under sizable investment programs Europe
and Asia.
The small enterprise
employs highly skilled full-time staff, including
licensed mechanical engineers, all of whom can
facilitate communication in both English and
Serbian. Over time we have also developed a
functional network of associate engineers
(freelancers and companies) with a proven track
record in executing demanding tasks and delivering
reliable solutions under complex international
projects.
Prleks is premised on the
belief that engineering excellence lays the
groundwork for robust infrastructure development.
Passion for engineering and relentless customer
focus are the key planks of Prleks and its
offerings. To that end, we aim to use the
accumulated knowledge of experienced engineers
together with the energy of their younger
counterparts in a bid to create great project
designs which are aligned both with environmental
interests and economic necessity.
At the same time, we are
constantly seeking greener ways to do business,
increase reliance on renewable energy sources, and
mitigate the overall ecological impact of
infrastructure growth. Ultimately, we strive to
reconcile at times competing objectives of
structural development and environmental protection,
while leaving a unique footprint on Serbian
infrastructure landscape with a view to furthering
the overall progress of our society.

From day one, Prvul has
been instrumental in driving and developing Prleks
into a successful project bureau that it is today.
His technical experience and business savvy proved
to be an indispensable asset in generating growth
for Prleks and he remains an active force in
overseeing today's activities and helping to reach
critical business decisions.
Aleksandar Stojkoviæ,

Executive Director
Aleksandar has been with
Prleks since 1996 and a trusted partner in
management for more than 15 years. He continues to
play a crucial role in driving Prleks business
development and leading key projects with focus on
the international arena, above all, Russia.
Zoran Stojkoviæ, M.Sc.ME
Managing Director
Nowdays, Zoran is the
first stop for all our respectful clients and
partners, on top of being a rock-solid technical
pillar behind Prleks endeavors who has
continuously met the most difficult engineering
challenges. During his career, he mentored more
than his share of professionals and recent
university graduates who went on to become
sought-after licensed engineers. Zoran is also an
avid skier and a huge basketball fan.
Prleks was founded by
three local engineers as a joint venture with
state-owned company Kolubara in Belgrade in 1990,
under its original name of Kolubara Projekt. Since
the founders had substantial experience in the field
of system design, the company was set up mainly to
provide services related to the design of buildings
and installations.
With an agile and
flexible approach, yet buoyed by solid management
and execution, Kolubara Projekt soon came to be
recognized as a reliable business partner, who
thanks to its early successes also managed to
overcome rather challenging times during the 1990s.
Despite the lack of investments at the time, the
business owners managed to secure profitable
projects and preserve an exceptional company
reputation.
In 2000, Kolubara Projekt
went private and changed its name to Prleks. Prvul
Stojkoviæ became the sole company owner, after
serving as an adviser and project manager since its
inception. His son Aleksandar Stojkoviæ, who was
already working at the company since 1995 as project
designer, was appointed the new managing director.
Shortly thereafter, his other son Zoran Stojkoviæ
joined the company, thereby establishing Prleks as a
truly family-owned business.
